WebMatters Helpdesk
WebMatters Helpdesk is a mini (166k) Remote Control Server that can be downloaded by WebMatters's Clients. The software does not require installation and does not make use of the registry or installs anything on your computer. You only have to download the small executable file (WebMattersHelpdesk.exe), run it and Double Click to make a connection. The connection is initiated by you, to allow easy access through your firewall and/or router.
